| The ethic academy principles : The absolutely cost free education .It is the abscence of any cost that enables access to this project to even the poorest individuals,and in turns allows to select a true elite. Full school curriculum at the academy + international languages-french and english- The progress from each student depend also on his school achievements,not only his sport abilities.With the cooperation from the Chullaporn high school college in Ban Bung Training academy principles : It takes place over a period of 7 years .This is the time needed to move from the learning stage to the signature of a first professional contract .We will recruit 20 students every 2 years .The sporting practice at the academy relies on training drills that have already been refined and experimend .It is totaly unique in the means used and allows students to gain a tactical sense and a technic well above the average of the players they will face later in their career. The porpose is to train players on their own as to built teams with strong bounds extremely competitive , that will have for aim to be re-united,through competitions their country will participate to .This will reinforce the competitiveness of the national team.for ex: 70% OF THE IVORY COAST TEAM ARE COMPOSED BY STUDENTS FROM OUR ACADEMY

During the recent month JMG scouts have been all over thailand
looking at hundreds of players. They picked 60 of the most talented thai
youngsters and that number was trimmed down to about 20 selected by
Guillou himself. In general the best players come from poor families,
this has a obvious social effect, if 70% of those players end up playing
for Thailand, as has been the case in Ivory Coast all their friends in
the villages can feel part of the developement. Sport can take you to
